From beautiful landscaping to clear walkways, you'll help set the tone for resident satisfaction and first impressions. Responsibilities Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris‑free Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas Support the maintenance team with move‑outs and turnovers Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable) Adhere to all safety and company policies Benefits Competitive pay + performance‑based bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Employee rent discounts (where applicable) Ongoing training and development Supportive, hands‑on team culture Qualifications No prior maintenance or landscaping experience required Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather Must be physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks daily Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required About the Company Arlington Properties is a leader in property management.
