Evening Janitorial Lead Times: Monday -- Friday | 4:00 PM -- 12:00 AM Pay: $17.00/hr Tired of cleaning companies that are a mess behind the scenes? Location: Berks County, PA You know the ones... No supplies when you show up Broken vacuums and equipment Cleaners calling off and nobody answers the phone Managers who only show up when something goes wrong Being blamed for problems you didn't create At Clean Floors & More , we built our company specifically to avoid those problems. What Makes This Job Different Supplies are already stocked at the locations Equipment is maintained and replaced when needed You have direct support from management Communication is simple and consistent Your schedule is stable --- Monday through Friday evenings We believe leads shouldn't feel like they're putting out fires all night. Your job is to guide the team, maintain quality, and help things run smoothly. Responsibilities Clean and maintain designated building areas using company training techniques and chemicals Assist the Cleaning Supervisor with team coordination and daily operations across several locations Step in and cover shifts for teammates when needed Transport and wash company laundry and manage distribution of janitorial supplies and equipment Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects when necessary Monitor buildings for safety and security , including locking doors and checking for hazards Ensure employees follow health and safety procedures Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs Communicate with staff to resolve operational or personnel issues Requirements Bilingual (English & Spanish) -- Required Must be reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical cleaning tasks Valid driver's license required About Us Clean Floors & More has been serving Berks County businesses for over 10 years .
