Benefits: Commission Position: Sales Executive Company: CPI Security Solutions Inc Location: Greater Seattle / Tacoma / Monroe, WA area (Hybrid / Field-based) Reports To: Operations Leadership About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing security patrol and operations team. This position is perfect for a high-energy professional who excels at both driving new business and building strong teams. You will spearhead sales efforts to expand our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial, residential, and industrial security patrol contracts. Build and maintain relationships with property managers in Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Arlington, and Eastside areas. Prepare proposals, conduct site assessments, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales (security, facilities, or service industry preferred) with a track record of meeting targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
