Responsibilities Support the execution of graphic design projects in alignment with the marketing plan and business objectives; Create a wide range of assets, including marketing collateral, email campaigns, ads, landing pages, presentations, and social media visuals; Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop ideas and execute creative concepts; Apply design thinking and creative storytelling to produce compelling, visually engaging content; Ensure consistent use of branding guidelines across all materials; Deliver high-quality, customer-facing design work within deadlines; Contribute to refining design workflows and processes to improve efficiency; Stay current with design trends and industry best practices; Provide feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design; Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and related design software; Knowledge of digital design best practices for ads, email, and landing pages; Ability to design for multiple platforms and formats (static, gif, motion graphics); Basic understanding of interactive design and digital content production; Strong organizational and communication skills; Intermediate English level or higher. Bonus Familiarity with WordPress or web content management systems; Exposure to UI/UX principles.
