Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Mill Creek Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate changes in resident condition promptly

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations

• Perform clinical procedures including wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other nursing interventions as needed

• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and fellow team members

• Current North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current CPR certification (First Aid preferred)

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
