Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, both in pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Utilize evidence-based clinical tools to perform timely screenings and evaluations, collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that meets all regulatory standards while serving the diverse needs of our client population.

• Engage proactively in the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans, collaborating with team members to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems and community partners to enhance care coordination.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to build partnerships that support program growth and sustainability.

• Contribute to the agency’s mission and values, promoting our commitment to high-quality care and community engagement through various professional activities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions, conferences, and meetings that enhance your expertise and contribute to the agency’s visibility.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Active Life, you will work with a varied clientele that includes individuals experiencing emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health or related field is required.

• Current LMHC Licensure issued by the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
