YOUR ROLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED MARKETING COORDINATOR:

This is a highly strategic and creative role where you'll develop and execute effective advertising campaigns across digital and physical channels. You'll help attract new customers and increase interest in our services through print, email, social media, digital advertising, and company website marketing efforts. This includes managing all aspects of these campaigns, from planning through completion, and using performance data to improve future advertising campaigns.

You'll develop engaging promotional content and materials in alignment with our company branding and maintain a robust marketing calendar in collaboration with leaders, technicians, vendors, and office staff. Using ServiceTitan and other reporting tools, you'll monitor the campaigns' performance by tracking leads, bookings, revenue, and return investments, and adjust future strategies accordingly. You'll also coordinate giveaways, seasonal promotions, community events, and other activities to foster positive relationships.

Experienced Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience, ideally with an HVAC, construction, home services, or similar company
• Experience managing social media sites, email campaigns, digital advertising, website content, and marketing performance reports
• Exceptional communication skills and computer proficiency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines

Experience using programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Google Ads is preferred. ServiceTitan experience with campaign creation, lead tracking, revenue reporting, and performance analysis is highly desired. Knowledge of SEO and email-marketing platforms is also a plus!
