Vice President of Marketing and Digital Services (Columbia)

Overview

Exceeding $1.5 billion in assets, AllSouth Federal Credit Union, located in Columbia, South Carolina, is currently in search of a marketing executive to serve as their Vice President of Marketing and Digital Services. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, this individual will oversee the marketing operations to include in-house design services, market analysis and data analytics. Additionally, the incoming VP will strategically lead member-facing digital services to include online applications and the website. The successful candidate will take ownership of the member experience, mapping the member journey and applying innovation to overall member engagement. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of experience leading marketing and digital services for a financial institution, be well-versed in the use of technology to support the member experience, and have strong analytical skills. Experience with market expansion a plus and bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience leading marketing and digital services for a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of using technology to support the member experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with market expansion is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
