We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, scheduling appointments and following up on appointments. This is NOT a work at home position.

Shifts available: Please specify which shift you are applying for

• Mon- Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
• 4 evenings a week 4-8 and Saturday 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for clients 
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Handle/resolve any customer concerns
• Following up on estimates
• Working with owners to exceed goals
• Other administrative duties

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Detail oriented
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous dispatch experience is a plus
• Empathetic

Our Call Scheduling Center's mission is to fill our clients' schedules by converting callers into booked appointments and estimates. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, cheerful phone voice, be customer service and detail oriented and easily adaptable to new opportunities. The ability to multi-task and work in a hectic environment is essential.

Inbound calls are our priority but we also provide follow up calls and schedule next appointments. Our office is open Monday through Thursday 6:30am - 8:30pm, Friday 6:30 am - 8:00 pm , Saturday 7:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sundays 9am - 5pm CST.

We are looking to expand our team of Customer Experience Representatives to provide our clients with the best service possible! A friendly phone voice and ability to multi-task is essential, as is attention to detail.
