Adult Primary Care Physician

Opportunity Details Attend to a direct patient panel of adult primary care patients. Attend to Resident‑led patient panels, providing teaching and clinical guidance to Residents. Ensure patient/provider continuity and access to timely and appropriate levels of care. Educate, mentor, and supervise Residents and Medical Students. Work collaboratively with mid‑level providers. Participate in system‑wide performance improvement and quality management projects, as needed. Qualifications Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Internal Medicine Active or eligible for a NYS License Cultural sensitivity to a diverse patient population required Previous experience working with an underserved patient population preferred Spanish or Cantonese language proficiency is a plus Must have experience teaching Residents and managing Resident‑led primary care patient panels Wages and Benefits Annual Base Salary: $236,000* (board eligible); $241,000* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $355,120** (board eligible) and $360,620** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution: Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
