1st Shift: 5am - 3:30pm Mon-Thurs
3rd Shift: 5pm - 3:30am Mon-Thurs
Weekend Shift: 5am - 5:30pm Fri-Sun, work 36 hours paid for 40

• $23.00/hour plus depending on experience

Skills and Experience:

What you’ll do as a Welder:

• Perform MIG welding on galvanized thin wall steel and black carbon steel components
• Square up and weld components of various shapes and sizes
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding diagrams, and work orders
• Apply weld symbols and perform vertical, horizontal, flat, and overhead welds
• Use a tape measure to ensure accuracy and precision
• Prepare welds for finishing by removing spatter, smoothing edges, and checking for defects
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards

Preferred Candidate Might:

• Have previous MIG welding experience (required)
• Be able to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols
• Be comfortable using a tape measure and working with precise measurements
• Have experience welding in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, flat, overhead)
