Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting their mental health. \n
- Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and address individual client needs. \n
- Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused interventions, based on client preferences and clinical judgment. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health to continuously improve your clinical skills and the efficacy of client treatment. \n
Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid and active LCSW license in New York State. \n
