Job Description – Quality Control Lead/Inspector

The Quality Control Lead/Inspector supports production operations by helping ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. This role includes inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process, reviewing specifications and drawings, completing quality documentation, and assisting with communication between departments regarding quality-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Manufacturing quality control experience preferred, including leadership or team coordination experience
• Experience with threaded products/components is a plus
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
• Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and tolerances
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor conditions with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures
• Ability to wear required PPE and move safely throughout the facility

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and components to verify quality standards are met
• Assist with coordinating daily inspection activities and workflow
• Complete quality documentation and report nonconforming materials or processes
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action efforts
• Communicate with production, quality personnel, and other departments as needed

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
