As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.17 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, directing visitors and vendors as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations. Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
