Director, AI-First Customer Experience & Product Analytics

Altana is looking for a Director of Customer Experience and Product Analytics based in New York City. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences across our platform, driving engagement from onboarding through renewal. You will design systems to capture customer feedback, partner with sales and product teams, and lead analytics efforts to inform product development.
