Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with clients about their needs and preferences. Provide recommendations on appropriate services and products.
  2. Perform manicure and pedicure treatments. Apply polish, acrylics, and other nail enhancements.
  3. Provide friendly and professional service to all guests and employees.
  4. Understand and relay information regarding the menu of services and products sold.
  5. Able to answer any questions that guests may have in regards to the spa.
  6. Remain up to date on Nail Technician or Cosmetologist license renewal.
  7. Stay up to date with various nail beauty trends.
  8. Perform up to 6 treatments daily.
  9. Ensure adherence to Chamonix Spa Salon guest service and journey rules.
  10. Maintain and follow Chamonix Spa Salon luxury standards.
  11. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  12. Maintain compliance with all safety standards, health standards, and internal policies and procedures.
  13. Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
  14. Performs special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Experience

Demonstrated experience working in a spa or salon. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Completion of a state-approved cosmetology or nail technician program
