The role is set at 40 hours per week, providing a stable, consistent schedule to work closely with students, teachers, and administrators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience or strong desire to work in a school-based environment
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, student-centered atmosphere
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
• Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and setting meaningful goals
• Assessing students’ progress and documenting outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student needs and accommodations
• Educating families, teachers, and support staff on strategies to enhance student success
• Maintaining thorough records and fostering positive relationships with students and team members
