Role Description This is a part-time, on-site NP/PA role based in Los Gatosl, CA. The NP/PA will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed histories, physical exams, and review of relevant diagnostics, to determine suitability for regenerative and peptide protocols. Daily responsibilities include developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans, prescribing therapies within scope, monitoring patient progress, and documenting all encounters in the medical record system. The clinician will provide education on treatment expectations, risks, and benefits, and reinforce adherence to protocols, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up schedules. The role involves collaborating with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care, refine protocols, and support quality and safety initiatives. The NP/PA will also participate in patient follow-up visits, outcome tracking, and, when appropriate, practice development activities such as patient outreach or educational events. Qualifications Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in California, with appropriate national certification and prescriptive authority. Clinical experience in Peptide therapies and regenerative medicine. Integrative medicine, BHRT and Thyroid expertise a plus. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care independently and within a collaborative team. Strong patient education, counseling, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and shared decision-making. Comfort with protocol-driven care, evidence-informed practice, and adapting to emerging therapies such as peptide and hormone optimization. Proficiency with electronic health records, accurate documentation, and basic data tracking for outcomes and quality improvement. Ability to work on-site in Campbell, CA on a part-time schedule, with flexibility to support patient and clinic needs.
