Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience License: Current state nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience - Minimum 2 years of previous Emergency Room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher that includes Pediatrics, Trauma, STEMI, and Stroke - Current ENPC and TNCC preferred Description: This is a Level II Trauma Center and a Joint Commission Accredited STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Receiving Center. The facility consists of 5 pods with 49 beds. The maximum nurse-to-patient ratio is 4:1. There are approximately 68,000 annual visits. Agency staff must be W-2 employees of their respective agency. Med/Surg and Critical Care RN positions may require floating as needed. Holiday coverage will be required.
