Internal Medicine Physician Job with Sanford Health in Dickinson, ND

Sanford Health-Dickinson is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a successful, well‑established outpatient practice.

• Current practice includes 2 physicians and 1 APP
• Same‑Day Surgery Center with visiting orthopedic surgeons
• Monday–Friday 8am-5pm
• Site includes an infusion center, lab/radiology, Mobile MRI, and CT Scanner
• Visiting specialties include: Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, and Pediatric Cardiology

Competitive Compensation Package Includes

• Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
