Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our Jeffersontown location (3830 Ruckriegal Pkwy Suite 101). In this role youll play a key part in driving operational excellence and creating a positive customer-focused environment. As Assistant Manager youll support the management team in overseeing daily store operations while fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace where both team members and customers thrive.

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficient workflows and consistent delivery of excellent customer service
• Lead motivate and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Run shifts effectively making decisive real-time decisions to optimize performance and address challenges
• Manage financial transactions with accuracy and maintain proper cash handling procedures
• Engage with customers professionally and empathetically addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Assist in implementing and communicating company policies procedures and standards across the team
• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked store environment that reflects company standards
• Collaborate with the management team to establish and achieve store goals and drive continuous improvement
• Participate in employee training development and onboarding initiatives to build a skilled team
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards conducting regular audits and reviews
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering to maintain optimal supply levels
• Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to support team development and accountability
• Resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations with professionalism and transparency

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in retail or food service management with a demonstrated track record of successfully running shifts and leading operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate develop and manage a diverse team effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approachable demeanor and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Solid mathematical aptitude and demonstrated money management abilities including cash handling and financial accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick informed decisions in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness organization and quality
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining compliance and quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Experience with inventory management and stock coordination
• Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to drive improvements
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid drivers license
