Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Utilize evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their support systems on therapeutic practices to ensure progress continues outside of treatment sessions.
• Track and Record Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, keeping patient outcomes in focus.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
