Radiology - Ultrasound / Sonographer

MFM Sonographer

This is a 12-week contract position.

Shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description

The MFM Sonographer will be responsible for performing high-quality sonographic evaluations on patients. This role requires expertise in obstetric imaging, particularly in nuchal translucency measurements and various OB/GYN applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams as directed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Document findings accurately in patient medical records.
• Maintain equipment and prepare examination rooms.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess BLS certification.
• RDMS certification through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography is required.
• Experience with Nuchal Translucency (NT) is required.
• ARRT certification is preferred.
• Previous OB experience is required.
