About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Hard Money Loan Processor to join our growing lending team. This position is ideal for someone who understands real estate transactions, private lending, investor loans, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will work directly with borrowers, brokers, escrow/title companies, and underwriting to help move files from application to funding efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process hard money and private money loan files from start to finish
- Collect and review borrower documentation
- Coordinate with escrow, title, and insurance companies
- Order and review preliminary title reports and supporting documents
- Communicate with borrowers and real estate investors throughout the process
- Track conditions and ensure files move quickly toward closing
- Assist with loan structuring and funding timelines
- Maintain CRM updates and organized loan pipelines
- Work closely with underwriting and sales teams
Qualifications
- Experience processing hard money, DSCR, bridge, or real estate investor loans preferred
- Strong understanding of escrow and title processes
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Experience with CRMs and lending software is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
