Pay: Starting at $58,000 per year

Requirements:

1 year relevant experience

Will need to pass a background and drug test

Besides the typical social work, knowledge of medicaid/medicare, VA, hospice, ULTC's, Social Security, Title 19, MCD redetermination and application process, ancillary scheduling and facilitation, rep payee and more.

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a skilled nursing facility specializing in mental and behavioral health so besides the typical alzheimers/dementia diagnosis, we cater to residents with schizophrenia, bipolar, TBI, failed suicide attempts, and more. We are looking for those who care and value and able to assist our residents in need.
