Entry-Level Marketing Sales Associate

We are a growing marketing and advertising company specializing in in-person marketing, customer engagement, sales, and brand development . We partner with businesses and organizations to increase local market awareness, connect with customers, and create positive brand experiences.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Entry-Level Marketing amp; Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a career in marketing, sales, customer service, and business development .

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You#39;ll Do

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing and customer engagement
• Assist with promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Interact directly with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Support sales and marketing initiatives at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Learn and apply customer engagement, sales, and marketing strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Help track campaign activity, customer interactions, and basic performance metrics
• Work with team members to achieve marketing, sales, and customer engagement goals
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen brand relationships

Qualifications

• No experience required — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, advertising, or business development
• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, or volunteer experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
