About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to join our team and help us continue delivering the level of care our patients and families deserve. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our clinical team, ensuring excellent service, collaboration, and patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You’ll Do Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and re‑assessments, identify appropriate nutrition diagnoses and interventions to address these diagnoses, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions, revising as necessary. Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and specific patient‑focused outcomes measured and evaluated. They are revised as appropriate to meet the unique needs of each patient. Ensure individualized plans of care are developed and documented. Educate patients on a wide range of nutrition topics provided in both individual and group settings. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and support patient and staff satisfaction. Seek out educational opportunities to stay current and competent in all areas of work responsibilities, including age specific competency.
