Desktop Publisher

Openity Solutions is seeking a skilled Desktop Publisher to create, format, and prepare high-quality presentation materials and client deliverables. This fully remote role is ideal for professionals with experience in document publishing, presentation design, and client-facing content preparation within legal, marketing, financial, or professional services environments. The successful candidate will manage client requests, develop presentation materials, maintain visual consistency, and ensure accurate delivery of documents within a fast-paced workflow environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Receive client requests and enter project details into workflow tracking systems. Create and format guest books, pitchbooks, and Public Information Books (PIBs) using templates and Word styles. Develop Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for internal and external clients. Create customized templates and maintain consistent document formatting. Improve image quality, recreate logos, and perform basic graphic editing tasks. Prepare charts, graphs, and visual renderings for client materials. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completion of client requirements. Coordinate with document processing, creative, and print teams to deliver client projects successfully. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Desktop Operator, Desktop Publisher, or Presentation Specialist within legal, marketing, or investment banking environments. Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, MapInfo, CorelDraw, or Illustrator is preferred. Ability to provide work samples when required. Strong customer service and client communication skills. Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand and complete client instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently at a consistent pace. Willingness and ability to learn new tools and skills.
