Guest Services Hot Job NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035 Overview Salary Range $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Education Level High School Diploma or Equivalent Category Marketing/Media/PR Description SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all guests visiting The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX and the Lighthouse at Gillette Stadium. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide outstanding customer service Meet and assist visitors in all museum areas to include access control/information desk, gallery and tour group greetings Be familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and events Operate interactive equipment Staff ticket sales desk as needed Special projects and assignments as business dictates SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of experience guest service experience Customer service and communication skills required Must be a team player Basic computer skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games Must be willing to function in all visitor services positions PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel The employee frequently is required to talk or hear The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is sometimes loud Will work in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
