Civil Engineer, Sr. Project Manager-Transportation (PE Required) Full-time exempt Professional Lake Oswego, OR, US Kirkland, WA, US Job Description As a Senior Project Manager-Transportation, you will lead and deliver complex transportation engineering projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities. This role focuses on building connections, motivating teams, and driving results. You will influence, persuade, and sell ideas, adapting to changing goals, delegating effectively, and training team members. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. PE License, WA and/or OR or the ability to obtain within 60 days. At least 15 years of transportation engineering experience with demonstrated project management leadership. Proven experience managing multi-discipline transportation projects including planning, design, and delivery. Strong competency with transportation design principles, project development processes, and relevant engineering software (MicroStation, Civil3D, OpenRoads). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Track record of business development involvement or client relationship building.
