Prepare and position patients, set up the imaging equipment, and adjust protocols to acquire high-quality diagnostic studies. Independently operate imaging equipment with appropriate judgment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout exams. Verify orders, document procedures, and ensure accurate labeling and storage of images for interpretation. Maintain equipment readiness and room turnover, assist with routine maintenance and cleaning per policy. Provide age-appropriate patient care, maintaining privacy, dignity, and safety during imaging procedures. Requirements Flexibility to work nights and adapt to department scheduling needs. Dependable, accountable, and cooperative team member. Ability to independently perform CT imaging procedures, including equipment setup and patient positioning. Knowledge of performing a range of imaging procedures to obtain quality diagnostic studies. Commitment to safety protocols and patient care during radiologic procedures.
