Senior Product Manager, AI Search & Discovery

Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors by partnering with commercial teams and conducting user research and data analysis Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics Work across design, engineering, data science, QA, and product marketing to define and ship the roadmap Prioritize initiatives using a data-driven approach Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations and usage data analysis Establish yourself as the go-to expert and trusted leader for Search & Discovery quality Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders Requirements 4 + years of search product management experience 1+ year of experience within private capital markets Excellent written and verbal communication Experience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a product – ideally Search, Discovery, Ranking, Recommendations, and/or AI/ML-powered workflows Experience building high-quality, successful products with design, data science, and engineering teams Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs around search intent, relevance expectations, and decision-making workflows Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment Experience with data analysis (using SQL/R/Python), metrics, and goal-setting Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Search Product Management, with a strong focus on developing strategic roadmaps and conducting user research to inform product decisions.
