Apply today!Facility: East Cooper Medical CenterLocation: Mount Pleasant, SCDepartment: Emergency RoomPosition Type: Full Time (36 hours)Work Schedule: 10a-10pJob ResponsibilitiesProvides direct and/or indirect nursing care under the direction of the Department Director and/or Charge NurseDelivers safe, effective, and professional nursing care to assigned patientsAssesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the healthcare needs of patientsCares for a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics (unless otherwise specified)Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomesMaintains a customer-focused approach and supports hospital and unit goalsDelivers nursing care that aligns with established practice standards and clinical guidelinesMust be willing and able to float to other comparable nursing units and locations as neededQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
