Role Description

This is a W2 position with benefits, a remote role for a licensed mental health therapist serving clients in Massachusetts. The therapist will conduct hour long individual therapy sessions, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with clients to support their mental health and wellness goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records and work schedule as well as adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care. Our practice credentials you, markets you, finds you the clients, and provides you support throughout our time together. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Required)
• At least 3 years experience in mental health counseling, trauma informed care, and treatment planning (Required)
• Active Massachusetts state licensure (e.g., LCSW or LMHC). (Required)
• Specialized training and certification in EMDR therapy (Required)
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for remote counseling
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with diverse populations and various therapeutic modalities is a plus
