Job Title: PCU Float Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 1843.84 - 1936.03

Schedule: 06:45 - 19:15

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: 2 Years Minimum Experience Required, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms, and at least 1 travel assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide float nursing coverage between IMC and medical units, including occasionally taking medicine/IMC level boarders in ED and ICU if needed.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 in IMC and 1:5-6 in MedSurg and Telemetry units.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including flu vaccination requirements.
• Deliver high-quality patient care during day shifts of 12-hour hours.
• Utilize telemetry skills and adapt to float assignments across different hospital units.
