Payroll Analyst

We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst for a Contract role with one of our clients based in California (100% Remote). Please apply if you would be interested and available for it. Duration: 06+ Months Contract Pay Range: $30 - $35/Hr on W2 Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

• Hands on global payroll end to end processing.
• Reconciling payroll calculations, payroll reports.
• Ensuring payroll data and payments are aligned with country/local compliance.
• Monitor payroll emails and payroll tickets ensuring timely responses and support.
• Supporting team as needed.

Key requirements:

• High Volume experience.
• Excel (VLookup, Pivot tables, etc)
• Start Up flexibility (fast paced, quickly changing - must be able to work in superfast environment).
• Multi Country experience (examples US, France, Brazil, Singapore).
• Proactive problem solver with ability to identify root causes and best practice solutions with minimal direction.
• Understanding of internal controls.
