Service & Repair Technician II (1st shift)

Job Description As a Service & Repair Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service and repair operations, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem‑solving skills will be key in diagnosing and resolving complex issues. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our organization by delivering high‑quality service and repair solutions to our customers. You will be accountable for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service and repair operations. Key Responsibilities 1st shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Configure and deploy customers' handheld products Actively participate in all aspects of the Configuration and Deployment department as required Support continuous improvement initiatives in the lab, including process enhancement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, and cost savings Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Demonstrate urgency, strong attention to detail, and effective teamwork skills

MUST HAVE

Associate degree, technical college diploma, or bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum of 1 year experience with mobility devices and general network knowledge At least 1 year experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet browsers Valid driver's license Proficiency in installing software, configuring, and troubleshooting iOS and Android devices
