Key Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments on an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
• Utilize rehab gym equipment and standard rehabilitation supplies in the delivery of patient care
• Document patient care and progress using Meditech EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across a 16-bed inpatient rehab unit within a Level 2 Trauma Center

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Ability to maintain patient ratios of 4–5:1 in a rehab setting
• Compliance with facility dress code (eggplant-colored scrubs required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
