ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2015 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of five. I've been with State Farm for 20 years - 10 of those spent as a team member before opening my own office - so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed and how to create an environment where people can thrive.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jessica Hernandez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
