Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and safety. Document patient information and imaging results accurately and timely. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the lab. Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals consistently. Maintain and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment to ensure functionality. Monitor patient conditions during procedures and report any changes. Engage in performance evaluations to track personal and team success. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork. Assist in the preparation and cleanup of the Cath Lab before and after procedures. Utilize data analytics to assess and improve procedural outcomes. Experience/Qualifications Must hold an ALLIED certification for Cath Lab technology. Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development. Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a Cath Lab setting. Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures in medical environments. Strong ability to document patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to monitor patient conditions and report changes during procedures. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with medical staff. Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Cath Lab equipment. Ability to utilize data analytics for improving procedural outcomes.
