Non-Commissioned Sales Representative Job Summary

Texas Precious Metals is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, trustworthy team member to assist clients through both precious metals buying and liquidation processes. This high-trust position demands a strong understanding of client relations, continued attention to market dynamics, and commitment to excellence in service and operations.

Non-Commissioned Sales Representative Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

· Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of our precious metals products and market trends

· Negotiate and execute client orders using discretion and judgment

· Oversee and ensure prompt processing of abnormal or complex orders

· Serve as the go-to expert on product, inventory, and shipment questions

· Assist and represent clients through the entire purchase and liquidation order lifecycles.

· Assist with daily business operations and ad hoc responsibilities

· Travel occasionally (less than 10%)

· All other duties as assigned by management

Non-Commissioned Sales Representative Skills and Competencies

· Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities

· Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility

· Clean and professional appearance

Non-Commissioned Sales Representative Qualifications

· High learning agility and drive to become a subject matter expert

· Some college coursework preferred

· Experience in non-commissioned sales and or customer service preferred

· Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and ethical

· Finance market knowledge beneficial but not required

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform the duties of an office-based role with occasional limited exposure to logistics areas.
