Multiple shifts, competitive pay, and incredible incentives await!What’s in It for YOU?$1,000 Retention Bonus just for joining the team!Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employmentKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for deliveryInbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locationsLoading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficientlyEquipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every stepTeam Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow successClean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocolsFlexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needsRequired Qualifications:Are you 18 years of age or older?Must have strong experience in operating the Reach Truck and Cherry PickerMust have experience in stock put-away (Big Zone products)Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?Are you able to work at heights up to 40 feet without issue?Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?Why Join Keystone Automotive Operations?We are committed to creating a positive, people-first workplace.
