What You'll Need Must be 19 years of age or older CPR/First Aid Certification (Caretech offers reimbursement) Valid Driver's License or State ID Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Ability to successfully complete required background screening Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but not required Experience with transfers, gait belts or Hoyer lifts is a plus Don't Just Take Our Word for It...
