Maintain high standards of quality and ensure job completion within deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with clients and project managers. Qualifications: Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial projects. Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
