Associate Specialist, Customer Onboarding

Cencora seeks an Associate Specialist for customer onboarding supporting MWI Animal Health's veterinary and livestock solutions. The role coordinates client setup, verifies data and contracts, configures system access, and maintains documentation for audit compliance.
Responsibilities
- Schedule customer kickoffs and prepare environments with required system access using approved processes
- Verify customer data, contracts, and technical prerequisites against checklists and policy standards
- Enter account, entitlement, and configuration details into designated systems per work instructions
- Communicate with customers using approved messaging to explain procedures and confirm milestones
- Document onboarding progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate exceptions with supporting evidence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of customer onboarding, customer operations, or implementation coordination experience required
- Ability to collect, verify, and enter customer and account data accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer correspondence
- Experience with ticketing systems and documentation management
