Construction Project Manager

KBW Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing, publicly traded organization in the life sciences industry to identify a Corporate Facilities Project Manager. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time This position offers the opportunity to lead complex capital improvement, infrastructure, and facilities projects across corporate office, laboratory, and operational environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, construction, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, along with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and outside contractors. This is a highly visible position offering full ownership of projects from initial planning through completion, with exposure to senior executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage corporate facilities projects from concept through completion, including office and laboratory renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and capital improvements. Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and implementation plans. Oversee MEP-related projects involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and fire protection systems. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Manage capital expenditures, track project costs, monitor budgets, and provide financial updates to leadership. Lead vendor selection, RFP processes, contract negotiations, and change order management. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Oversee construction activities, contractor performance, commissioning, and project closeout. Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure, operational efficiency, and facility performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. 7–10+ years of experience managing facilities, construction, MEP, or infrastructure projects. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or large corporate facilities environments. Strong experience with project budgeting, capital expenditure planning, financial forecasting, and cost management. Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and related infrastructure systems. Experience managing contractors, architects, engineers, and external vendors. Familiarity with project management and design tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, CAD, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Strong communication, organizational, and project leadership skills. Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems is a plus. Base salary up to $150,000, depending on experience 10% annual bonus opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
