JOB SUMMARY

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Skilled in carpentry and masonry. Able to safely lift and carry 50-75 pounds on flat surfaces and up a flight of stairs. Have a "Can-Do Aloha" attitude at all times for guests and teammates. Complete maintenance work orders efficiently. Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repair deficiencies. Assist guests upon request with luggage and room moves. Keep maintenance shop clean, organized and safe. Perform daily PMCS on gold cart prior to use. Track daily work. Perform other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent additional experience. One year or more of maintenance experience. Understanding of plumbing, electricity, carpentry and overall maintenance. Basic understanding of general repair and troubleshooting problems. Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
