Job Description

The Licensed Social Worker plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families by providing comprehensive social work services. This position involves assessing client needs, managing cases, offering counseling, and delivering crisis intervention to promote well-being and resilience.

Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments to identify needs and develop care plans
Manage cases to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery
Provide individual and group counseling to support mental health and social functioning
Perform crisis intervention to assist clients in emergency situations
Maintain thorough documentation and case records in compliance with regulations

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in social work
Master's degree in Social Work
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential
