Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical - Orthopedic position. The role involves providing quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical unit. BLS certification and an active Oklahoma State RN license are required. The position is for the night shift, with 12-hour shifts scheduled from 19:00 to 07:00. The expected patient ratio is 1:5, ensuring personalized attention to each patient. Expectations include collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient safety. This position supports a variety of patient needs, particularly in the orthopedic and spine specialty areas. A professional demeanor and a focus on teamwork are essential for success in this role. Dress code includes light blue scrubs provided by the facility.
