We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE* Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings* Maintains a clean and professional appearance* Follows proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards* Maintains a clean and efficient work station* Handles guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction* Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment* Frequently works on the line with food and beverage preparation while interacting with guests* Assisting managers in developing team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards WHAT WE PROVIDE* Medical, vision, dental and life insurance eligibility within 90 days of employment for full time team members* Paid time off eligibility after completing 90 days of service for full time team members* Participation in a shared tip pool* 401K eligibility for full time team members after the completion of 1 year of continuous service* Opportunity to grow, be challenged and pushed professionally
